Stat weights

Each item's stats are multiplied by the Devastation Evoker stat weights from the weekly scale-factor sim (normalized: Intellect 1.00, Versatility 0.48, Critical Strike 0.48, Haste 0.44, Mastery 0.39). Full stat priority.
